Interactive Media Licensing provides digital content licensing and distribution services. We license premium third-party content - including articles, audio and video - to businesses for publication on their websites and digital platforms. Our services include, but are not limited to, content licensing packages, custom content solutions and plug-in content integrations.
3. Licensing Agreements
All content licensed through IML is subject to a separate written licensing agreement signed between IML and the licensee. These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website and your general relationship with IML; the specific terms of any content licence - including permitted uses, territorial restrictions, exclusivity and duration - are set out in the individual licensing agreement.
Licensed content may only be used in accordance with the terms specified in your licensing agreement. Any use beyond those terms - including sublicensing, redistribution, resale or modification of content without prior written approval - is strictly prohibited.
4. Intellectual Property
All content available through our licensing library is owned by its respective creators and content partners. Interactive Media Licensing acts as a licensing intermediary and does not claim ownership of licensed content. The IML brand, website design, logos, trademarks and original website content are the intellectual property of Interactive Media Licensing and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Licensees acknowledge that licensing an article, audio file or video from IML does not transfer ownership or copyright of that content to the licensee. Ownership remains with the original content creator or publisher.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms for content licensing agreements are as specified in the individual licensing agreement or invoice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to suspend access to licensed content if payment is not received in accordance with agreed terms.
